Bio and Links
Bio Photo I grew up near Buffalo NY but moved to Syracuse in 2010. I've been working on my family tree for about 8 years, and I've always enjoyed walking around old cemeteries. Besides genealogy, my hobbies include knitting and photography. I have 3 cats and a sun conure. I live with my boyfriend Bill who has a ferret and an 11 year old daughter-sometimes my house feels more like a zoo ;)

~I started on Find-A-Grave by entering my family. When I discovered the resting place of an ancestor, I would go out and find them, take pictures for my family tree, and then create a memorial for them here too. If you have come across them in a search for your family, please contact me--I would love to share photos and information! I'm happy to add any additional information or correct any information I have listed, please contact me via "Edit > Send a Correction" from the memorial in question. I also add information from cemetery transcriptions or obituaries, or walk cemeteries taking headstone photos. Any memorial I have created for someone who is no relation, are in my "Not Related" virtual cemetery. If they are relatives of yours, please use "Send a Correction" from the "Edit" tab on their memorial to contact me for a transfer (this provides me with a link to the memorial in question, and a link to your profile so I don't have to hunt anything down), I would be happy to do so! I am not super-active here on FaG currently, but I do catch up on everything at least once every few months, so if you've sent me a correction or transfer request and I haven't gotten around to it yet, I appreciate your patience. Thanks!

Lysle Diefendorf # 88714356
The Find-A-Grave listing for Lysle Diefendorf #88714356 in Pine Plains Cemetery says "son of Jeremiah". I'm not sure where that information came from, but Jeremiah was actually his grandfather. Lysle was the son of Rufus H. Diefendorf [#5319267]and his wife, Frances I. (Woods) Diefendorf [#53192667] which is confirmed by Lysle's headstone. They are both buried in Riverview Cemetery in Balwinsville. I included their Find-A-Grave numbers in case you would want to link them. Lysle was their only child. Frances is a relative of mine.

Thanks for all the work you have done for Find-A-Grave.

John Koperski
I was able to locate John Koperski (#129317759), but not his brother Peter. There are also two additional Koperskis on the same monument. If you'd like to put up sites for those, I'd be happy to add the pics.

Regards

RE: Giffords at Pine Plains in Clay
Thanks for your help. They are not family just entering information and trying to make connections as I go along.
