Hi to all the genealogy hunters. Please feel free to send additional information to be added to the memorials. I am happy to share information and will transfer memorials if they are your family but prefer to keep them if they are mine. The virtual cemeteries I created are all ancestors and extended family to my ancestors. They are mostly from around the Whitley Co., Ky area. If I make a mistake please let me know and I will corrected it as soon as possible.|

I have been looking at Smith's in SE KY area. I am wondering if you might have any information on a Burrell Smith that married a Susie Henderson. Both were born about 1815 or so.

|Anonymous||Elizabeth Liford's Gravestone Photo|
Thank you so much for taking a photo of Elizabeth Liford's gravestone and posting it. It's a bit far for us to travel, since we live in Georgia. Elizabeth was my great-great Grandmother by her first husband, Michael Rowland. I have not been able to find death records for her in Whitley County, so the picture is of great help to me. The spelling of her name is interesting. I know she went by the name "Lizzie."
With much appreciation,

I noticed that you visited a DAvis Cemetery in WCK. Here is another one in KCK near WCK line:
If I had known about it a month ago, I would have already visited it. Still looking for James Perkins and wife.

Hi Tina. I found your findagrave post for James Hackley, memorial # 78876161. He is my 4th great grandfather, through his son, Samuel Ball Hackley and first wife, Frances Slaughter. I have quite a bit of background information on James and would love to be able to post it. If this is not part of your family, would you consider transferring maintenance to me? If it is your family, I would love to learn more about the family, and am willing to share what I know so far. Thank you.

Hi, Thank you for the headstone pictures of Marion and Nannie [Gross] Cupp. Your time and effort is very much appreciated!! Would it be okay to put these on my family tree on Ancestry. I would of course add your name as the owner. Hope you and family have a blessed week! Mike and Karen

I can crop that in and just show that funeral marker. You can see it in your photo, but it is from the top, so you can't read it. The stone is upside down in my photo if you have the little marker rotated the correct way to be able to read it, which is why I didn't post it, since there is a stone. (I may not have been clear in my previous message that it's one of those temporary markers the funeral home normally places)
I am not sure which would be right... his grave was just near my great uncle's grave (Edd Floyd) that I was trying to get a nicer photo of since there was a recent burial behind Edd and Bert's stone last time I was there. Took the pic since it was a newer burial for Carl.
The funeral home may know which date would be correct, I think they normally file the death cert's for families. I'll add the pic here shortly.

Thank you for such a nice surprise! I am so glad to have this photo of my great-uncle's grave. I went out today and did photographs for 4 memorials. It was so nice to have the favor come my way also today. Thanks so much!
