Thanks for the info. Please let me know if you find her other two children by Dimond.

The dates on the memorial match the tombstone picture that I put up.

The military service card is for another William Welty and was placed there by a person named Dennis. I can not delete that image. William has a memorial 91875462 and is listed as buried in Antietam.

I have sent Dennis a correction to take that military card down from William B. Welty 1836 - 1875.

Thank you for telling me about that.

How are you kin?
On my grandmother's memorial (Thelma Elizabeth Ivey McDougal Grantham), you write "cousin Betty". Who are you, and how are you kin to my grandmother?

Is it possible that there were two people with the same names, but not related to each other? I'll be glad to delete my duplicate if you're sure that there's not another person with the same name...

Naydene spelling
Thanks for the correction! I am sorry for the error. I doubt SHE spelled it on the headstone though...;-).... Many of those stone masons have trouble spelling too. I was happy to see her other names to add as well. Take care and keep us on track! R

Thank you for the great information on your great uncle. I did not add your information into his bio, I did however take out the other information that was in there. Since he is your relative and I believe family should be placed with family I transferred him to you. Take care and Happy Easter! Cindy

Funny you should get in contact with me...someone related to Sarah is trying to find you. I gave her your membership number, if you'd like I'll do the same with hers for you. The timing on this is freaking me out a little. LOL
