|Virginia Weeks Warbington||Weeks Cemetery #1|
In May of 2001 Mr. Larry W. Little of Natchez copied this Weeks Cemetery and listed it for Copiah County Cemeteries. He had the guidance of the private property owner, Sam Shelton. I had corresponded with Larry and added what I knew of some who were buried there without stones. Now I can't reach him; his phone is disconnected. He never posted any pictures that I know of. Last year my niece tried to find the graves of my great grandparents to photograph and put them on Find A Grave, but was unsuccessful. Is there any chance you could locate and gain access to it? (I'm way over here in Texas.)
I googled and found Weeks Cemetery #1 through MSGenWeb under the page heading of "Weeks Cemetery #2" although the directions to the graves were for Weeks Cemetery #1. I have posted a google map on the Find A Grave Memorial of my great grandfather, James Washington Weeks, and added Mr. Little's directions for how to locate the site in hopes that someone might be able to access it and take pictures.

Kate is a very distant cousin and the daughter of Seth Granberry Mullins. I have entered edits for you to process, but if you prefer to transfer management to me I will make the changes.
Thank you for entering the memorial and taking the time to help those of us you looking for our family members. All this info would be lost if not for folks like you. Thanks again.
thank you for adding my friend and classmate James Teddy Whittington...God Bless You For Your Gift To Others

Thank you for the great work on Allie May Short's memorial! It looks awesome! I know her family will be very happy and very appreciative!
I wanted to let you know that she is reportedly, also the sister of: Florence S. Rollins, in the same cemetery. In fact, their graves are side by side. The middle intial S standing for Short, of course.
I lived down the road from these two sweet ladies since 1956 and that is what I was told by them. I think, however, you may be able to verify through the family if they are available.

I respectively request permission to include your photographs of grave markers for Samuel Charles Price (Beauregard Cemetery) and Mollie Knowles Price (Beauregard Cemetery) in my not-for-profit CD book that will be given to family, friends, and a few libraries. Thank you for your consideration.
