 | Method? I started trying to photo-document the Harper Cemetery and found you had already done most of it. I am just wondering if you have a map of which graves you have photographed? I would like to complete the cemetery this summer if you are not planning on doing it. | |

 | RE: San Gorgonio Mem. Park Thanks so much, Earl, for your informative reply. If we went in to San Gorgonio, we would photograph all the stones regardless if they were photographed before. But you've got that one nicely covered with your volunteers so we'll leave that one alone.
We'll just take our chances & check on Find A Grave before going in to a cemetery. We can pretty much tell if someone is working on it. I just thot you might know of some that needed helping out. Whenever possible it's good to leave them up to the locals if there are active photographers working.
We look forward to getting in to cemeteries again after a winter of other work. We enjoy it very much!

 | San Gorgonio Mem. Park Hi Earl,
John & I are getting ready to head south again and was wondering if you still need photos for this cemetery? It looks like there are alot posted in Find A Grave.
Are there any cemeteries in your area that need photographing?

 | Joshua Giddings Until verification comes at 100% for which memorial is correct, I'll keep him attached to the original memorial and not the later entered one. If all else fails, this spring/summer when the snow is gone I'll go to the two cemeteries myself and figure out which is correct.
ESPECIALLY since the photo on the second memorial is a stolen photo from the original memorial (has the exact same exif data which shows the photo is the exact same as the 2008 memorial photo).Added by Kathy B on Feb 06, 2013 5:16 AM | |

 | Giddings Earl, Thank you for the information on the duplicate memorial for Joshua Giddings. I have figured out that there are two different cemeteries in Williamsfield. You didn't mention which one was correct. My brother actually took the pictures that I posted. It is possible that we got the cemeteries mixed up.
I now have the correct children with the parents in my file. My mother was b. in Williamsfield, I am a cousin of Sarah Ives and Aranda Gidding.
Let me know which cemetery is correct. Where do you fit in the Giddings line?
Thanks Kate | |
