Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been researching my family for more than 25 years. I live in western North Carolina and sometimes North Charleston, SC. My husband and I have five children and nine grandchildren. I am in the process of updating my database/files to meet higher standards and it is a long process. Find A Grave is a wonderful tool for genealogists and I love to help others when I can.

Sardis Cemetery
There were other Welch graves I found in the cemetery. I also took pictures of them for you too.

Moses & Tamar Hunt
I noticed you posted pictures of the headstones for Moses and Tamar Tyner Hunt. I was wondering if you might be able to tell me where that cemetery is. I went to Elbert County and got the location and a map of the cemetery but I never could find it.

DAR connection to Moses
Lori, I am working with a young woman on her DAR app. She is a descendant of James Hunt, whom we believe to be the son of Moses Hunt. I ordered a copy of your DAR app. today! Then in looking at the tombstone photo, I recognized your name.

Any assistance you might give to help us confirm the identity of James would be wonderful. We believe that the same James was married to both Mary W. Haynes and Jane T. Adams. This is based on the list of their children in a Court petition in Yell County, Ark from 1870, naming the same list of children as are listed in a Family Bible.

Perry Earwood photo request
Please call Resthaven at 806-791-6200 to request your relative's plot location and add it to your photo request. This is a huge cemetery, and the plot location is necessary for locating graves. Thank you!
