I live in Sangamon County IL but also do research in Macoupin County IL and Posey County, IN. I have several photos and records from Old Beech Cemetery in Springfield, IN, and Laurel Hill Cemetery in Wadesville, IN. Family names: Peebles, Saltzman, Wade, McCall, Saalweachter, King, Masters are a few.
If anyone sees a date that needs to be changed or if I have entered a member of your family that you would like transferred to you, please let me know and I will be glad to do so.

| Milligan Cemetery
Thanks for all you have helped me with.I think that the cemetery that I seen was the Milligan Cemetery. I think that what I seen was the name Shipley and not the name Singer. I really didn't think there were that many graves stones in that cemetery so I'm wondering if the photos are rather old. They have around 48 photos of graves. Thanks so much for your information.
Do you know if the Methodist Grove City Cemetery is the only cemetery in Grove City? That is the only one that I'm seeing listed. The "Singer" surname I'm thinking of was said to have lived in Grove City area. The "DeCrastos" surname I'm looking for was said to have died in Buckhart Twp Christian County.

| Cemeteries in Christian County, Il
I had noticed that you had done some photos in Mount Alburn, Christian County, Illinois. Are you familiar with the other cemeteries on the highway between Rochester and Mount Alburn? I visited the area a few weeks ago and there was a very small cemetery located on the south side of that highway. I need the name of that cemetery. Find a grave doesn't appear to list it.
I am thinking that it was just to the west of Roby but I can't be certain.If it is to the west of Roby it could be in either Christian or Sangamon county. It has very few graves and most of the stones are no longer standing but the ones on the ground are still readable if the grass is moved a bit. I think I saw a person by the last name of Singer buried there. I also may have seen the name DeCrastos.---those names were not on my mind until I got back home and noticed a connection between them and the surname Firey. | | | Red
