I thank everyone who has left tokens for whatever reason. You can rest assured I am grateful. And, I so appreciate several that continue to leave tokens.|
Each and every token means something to me.
My findagrave transfer policy.
If I have someone who isn't related to me and you wish to maintain their site, just ask.
If I have someone who is related to me and you are more closely related and you wish to maintain their site, just ask.
I do not own the sites, I simply maintain them. They belong to family and friends.
Corrections are promptly addressed, however, I don't care to put up gory details about their demise.

Hi Robert, You walked the same path I have already been down. I talked to a relative a couple of years ago and she told me that there was not a lot of stone for headstones in early Rusk County. Wooden markers were the norm, or no marker at all. Everyone just knew where the family members were.
As cemetery indexes were lost, and family died out or moved away, the unmarked places in the cemeteries were lost to time. We may never know where they are. Thanks for checking though, I appreciate it.
