I've been doing family history research for 38 years and love exploring cemeteries. I will do photographs near my new home in Conroe, Texas. I've only lived here for a few months, and haven't got my bearings yet! Just know that if you make a request it may take a month or so, but I'm happy to do it!
Joseph Stowell Hi, You will have to ask Trish for a transfer as she is the memorials creator, she and I have been working on a lot of the cemeteries in our area. She has a photo of it too and the emblem doesn't show very well in either one. Sorry.
Weddle's THX for the explaination. Franklyn Weddle [Elmer's son] is buried near my grandparents in Mound Grove and I always wondered if we might be related. The connection is much further back ....at least two generations before Alexander/Suzanna. I don't have an ANCESTORY account. Can you copy the section that details Elmer/James/Benjamin/Arizona & send it to me. I'd like to add the info to their F-A-G memeroials.
Arizona Stowell I noticed you'd posted flowers & listed yourself as a realtive. Can you tell me if Arizona was the sister of Elmer E. Weddle [buried in Mound Grove]? I'd like to link him [and his family] to James P. Weddle [Arizona's father].
RE: Stowell family I'm a gr-grandaughter of Benjamin Harrison Stowell (George's youngest brother). Benjamin's daughter, Sarah was my paternal grandmother. I hope you have a great trip. I haven't been to Missouri since my grandpa's (Sarah's husband's) funeral in 2002. I'm hoping to go back pretty soon. I have 2 gr-aunt's and a bunch of cousins I'd like to see again. Happy Memorial Day! Thanks for writing. Take care.
