I searched this entire section and no marker was located. Contact the cemetery and see if they can tell you what marked grave is close by and I will go take a picture of the area.

I searched the entire section and did not locate a marker. Theirs is likely an unmarked grave. If you contact the cemetery and find out a marked grave close by, I will take a picture of the site.

RE: Ardella Davis grave
I'm sorry, I don't remember the dates you gave me. We do have a Della Davis range 156 site 217 but that person does not have a stone. The site was transferred to Adella M. and R.E. Davis in 1924.
Have you been on our website? On the left side near the middle is a button Interment on that and it will take you to an alpha listing of all our burials.
We have several John T. Davis..if you would like me to research this for you email me at Please send any dates or range/site numbers you have.
Have a great day!

RE: Clampitt and Cummins photos
Thanks, Diane. Actually I have photos of all those other graves, but did not find a King Cummins. So if memorials already exist for them on Findagrave, I'd be grateful if you would put out a request for the photos, and then I will fulfill the requests and get credit for the photos. Thanks much!

RE: Clampitt and Cummins photos
You're welcome, I was happy to take the pictures. I also wanted you to know that there were two other graves in the same lot as the others: Lulu Clampitt (1868-1910) and Virlinda R. Cummins (1850-1934). If you know who they are and would like to create memorials for them here, I'd be happy to post the photos of their graves. Just let me know, thanks!

Dana Scott Carpenter DOB from his grave stone is Oct 31, 1967. I have added a bunch of memorials for Mount Ararat and saw you already had Carpenter.

RE: Stanley Bridwell
I've posted a second attempt on the picture of H E Olivia Bridwell's gravestone. It's a brighter picture, but still difficult to read. Hope to try yet again soon.

Photos at Rock Hill Baptist, Ruby, Virginia
Hi Diane,

Yesterday I took the two Bridwell pictures you requested at Rock Hill Baptist Cemetery, and posted them to today.

Adjacent were two other Bridwell stones, so I snapped them also, Stanley P Bridwell, and the shared stone of McDuff and Sarah Bridwell.

I have not yet been back to the old Ebenezer Cemetery for a second attempt at a picture of the stone of H E Olivia Bridwell which I posted to earlier this year. I think I need to buy a spotlight to try to make the letters stand out better in that picture.
