My name is Sheryl Brown-Cuthriell, I like linking my family members on this site. My mother did all our family history after my father passed away in 1975. I used to travel with her from courthouse to courthouse, towns, and cemeteries, helping her scroll through microfilm, walking thought cemeteries, etc... Now that the internet has made it so easy to find info. I wanted to help locate people she had not found. She passed away in 2007 and now I find it very therapeutic to do a little research in my spare time.|

Thanks Sheryl! Haven't accomplished much with the Holden-Wimberleys. Seems like everything leads to a dead end. Need to go to courthouses I guess-??? I
enjoy your posts on Facebook. Glad you are doing good. Let me know if I was supposed to send you anything, can't seem to remember much anymore-lol. Hugs, Gail

Thanks for replying so promptly! Yes, my dad was Clyde D Johnston, brother of Reuben Cecil Johnston. We visited them often in Midwest City, OK when I was a child. We were very fond of Aunt Loda, too. Are you on Ancestry? I have a tree there, but you can also see them on Findagrave. I've added links to Uncle Cecil's parents, etc----there will be a little delay before they're added, though.
Tell me who Kathy Johnston is. Loved hearing from you!

Do you know if the man in the photograph you posted is her first husband, Sutton or the second, Wallace?
Her daughter, Loda Sutton Johnston, is my aunt, and I remember her well.

Would you mind changing my Grandmothers' birthdate to Sept. 5th? Thanks.
