Alexander W. Davis
I'm doing some volunteer research for a Girl Scout project, and one of them has Alexander W. Davis/Davie/Davey in her tree. I am wondering if you can confirm or deny that the person you made a memorial for on findagrave is the same man. Some details conflict, but family names seem to match.

Here is what I know about who I'm looking for:
Alexander W. Davis (in census also spelled Davie, and family knows the name to be DAVEY.)
Born Kentucky, 1865. Married Minnie C., born 1869 New York. Had two children in Kentucky: George and Albert, then three more in CO: Grace, Herbert (see below, direct line of research), Charles.

Herbert Dudley Davey was born 1898. Married Ella Mae or Ella G Larsen, who was born 1900 Colorado. They lived in Aspen, Pitkin County, CO, and had Virginia and Herbert.

Your memorial has a different birth year for Alexander, only some of the kids, and different surname than my research on DAVEY.

Any information you might be able to share would be helpful. Also, if this is the same man, would I have permission to use the portrait photo of him that you posted on the site?

Thank you so much,
Jen Baldwin

Dorothy's marker has not been updated with the years as of yet. You may want to request again in awhile. I would do it myself, but will be leaving soon to go to the warmer weather for the winter...

jennings marriage certificate
I am pretty sure that the marriage certificate in the Washington Digital archives is Michael and Olga's. You may already have it but being I ran across it I thought I would drop a note and let you know...

RE: Thomas Heastone Pics
You are very Welcome. i am only to happy to do it. I race homing pigeons and I most always release around the grave yards. I always walk around looking at the headstone. So it really is not out of my way to take the photos and I get a history lesson as I do them. Glad you like them.
