|I have lived in central Michigan my entire life. I started doing genealogy just out of curiosity several years ago. My mother-in-law gave me an old scrapbook with family newspaper clippings in it and my hobby began. I am married and have 3 grown children and 11 grandchildren. Genealogy is my passion and I wish I had more time to spend doing it. I am currently a registered nurse working in a small rural hospital and working really cramps my style! :-)|
I also enjoy helping others, hence my submissions to "find a grave". I like to walk cemeteries and photograph the stones. I have even drafted my husband into helping me. I'm too big of a chicken to go alone. :-)
I know that when I run across something new that has been beyond my reach I am so excited. I hope by submitting tombstones, that I am able to help someone else find that little something they haven't been able to achieve.
You may email me privately at email@example.com if you prefer.
If you are not a direct relative, according to findagrave guidelines, please do not ask for transfers. Thank you.

|Yankee Magnolia||Alice and Harold Taylor|
I've filled your photo request for Alice and Harold Taylor. The photographs are not up to my usual standards and I will take them again on a better day. There had been a recent burial next to their marker and the ground doesn't look very nice. In any case I thought I'd go ahead and post these so at least you have something. They will be on my list for a retake.
Please move her to Rose Hill cemetery in Berrien Springs Michigan. Her grave was moved there and is listed as buried in 1ST SO. SEC. 339 SPACE 6. She was a wife of Henley Lybrook who is buried SPACE 1 of same plot. There is a simple stone there engraved only ETTE. If you change her to Rose Hill, I will post the photo there.
Three other Lybrook family members at Rose Hill have notation that they were "MOVED FROM BERRIEN TWP."
I removed my duplicate entry for her when I found exact birth/death dates.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely, fellow Find A Grave sleuth, Kathy (Fournier) Jillson

I'm committed at this point =)
I don't even have to search for them anymore -- walk straight to 'em!
|Family Finder||Howard and Clara Hill|
Glen Abbey never called, but I went out to find Howard and Clara were no longer under water. I've added photos to both of their memorials. The ground is still a little soggy. Permitting that it is a little dryer next time, I plan to clean the markers up a little bit -- they're more brown than they should be, which makes me suspect there's a good layer of dirt dried on there. I'll update the photos as I get better ones.
|Family Finder||RE: Howard and Clara Hill in San Diego|
Will email photos tonight. I'm going to cancel the photo requests for now -- if my time expires to fulfill them, someone else will claim and trek out there to find the same situation. No need to re-request later, though -- I'll go out and take photos as soon as cemetery notifies me that work order has been completed.
