Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing genealogy for over 40 yrs. Fortunately I was able to acquire valuable family information and photo's from a generation now past. I just started linking family together on FAG and value the enhancement it provides for the family historian and appreciate the work all the volunteers do for this site. Bless them for their countless hours documenting and sharing our ancestor's final resting place.

RE: Della J Cline Walters-McKowan
OK, I think I've done that - never transferred one before.

I only met her once. My sister and I used to stay with Grandma and Grandpa McKowen while Mom worked. One day, out of the blue, Art and Della showed up for a visit. Grandpa didn't seem to have much contact with either of his brothers. I never met Ed at all. And then when Art died his obit didn't even mention his two surviving brothers, but did mention all Della's children.

He is the husband of a cousin and I've never done his ancestry, only his children. So if you are interested in him you should maintain the entry.

Sorry for the slow response - yes those are her siblings and I am using the 1860 Census as documentation source. They were in Osage township in Miller County Missouri

RE: Photos of Crismon Family

Grover is my brother, and it's funny but he just gave me a box of photos and other items that our mother Ruby had. But she never had a photo of her grandmother Mary Richmond that I ever knew of.
My Mom was close to a couple of cousins that were grandchildren of Mary, but they are also now passed away. The time to ask about these things is when people are still living, I know, but I wasn't retired then and didn't have as much time.

Thanks for your reply, and best of luck in your research!

Photos of Crismon Family

Hello!

I see you posted photos of James and Frances Eads Crismon and some other of their family. I know they had a lot of kids, but if you ever come across their daughter Mary Eleanor (Crismon) Richmond photo, I would really appreciate your posting it. She was my great-grandmother.

Are you related to the King that wrote the book about Maries County?
