People can't take someone else's photo and repost it. If you know of a case where that is happening, please send me a link.
As for rude people, we can't control that. But I recommend you do the same thing I do when you encounter a rude person: ignore them.

Hi,
There is a limit to how many photos can be posted (I think it is currently five). Up until that point, any contributor is welcome to add photos to a memorial, so long as they are appropriate (photos of the person, their marker, etc.).

I didn't know you had made a memorial for Craig at the time I made one. I suppose I could delete it but I only make memorials for friends or family.
Do you know or are you related to Craig?
I lived in Kemmerer Wyoming for 32 years and I went to school with Craig for a couple of years before he went back to school in Utah. I worked with Craigs dad, Dick Hoffman for 20 years at the Kemmerer Coke plant. I also worked with Craigs grandpa, Ken Hoffman for about 15 years. I worked with Craigs brother, Kelly for a couple years and my wife is friends with Craigs sister Lisa. So it was a personal reason I made the memorial, not just to do it.
So if you can explain you reasons for wanting me to delete mine I may concider it.

I could not find a way to edit the original entry by The Tombstone Lady who first created the entry. You will notice the history I entered, however, has "Ellen Close Butler". Perhaps The Tombstone Lady would be able change to name for you.
