Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have NO idea why I have always been drawn to Cemeteries. When I was a child in South Carolina, we used to play in Elmwood Cemetery because it was shaded by the huge magnolia trees, and after that, my interest in Cemeteries grew. I could never understand why anyone would be afraid of cemeteries, (Hollywood, I guess)! I have always found them to be the most peaceful places on Earth. My Grandfather used to tell me not to be afraid of the Dead, they can't hurt you. It's the LIVING you have to watch out for!

Al Bert Hensley
Ron,
I cropped a photo from another family member in Rice Cemetery. Much to my surprise I found the Bert Hensley headstone. It is now entered on his memorial for you.
Thought you would like to know!

RE: Amanda Jane Hensley
You are welcome - there are a number of Hensleys in Unicoi County, for sure - I certainly know a few. If I can help you with anything locally, I'll sure try - just holler.

Dorff's
Thank you so much for Holger & Beda's headstone pictures. I have been slowly finding the final resting spots for our Dorff family. I know Hoger's nephew Don (who is 84 years young) is going to be thrilled. :)
Thanks again!

Ron, Don't think twice about it. It is my pleasure to take photos for others. If you would like, I will transfer any Hensley that is your family. I don't have a problem with helping others to keep their family close to themselves. Thank you for the nice message. God Bless You.
