If someone has duplicated memorials, you should contact them and let them know. This is confusing for researchers when this is done. I sometimes duplicate memorials without realizing it and always appreciate it when I'm contacted. It is important to search a cemetery before making an entry so memorials aren't duplicated.

Did you tell that person that Nina is your mother. There could be a number of reasons they are not responding. Some people think that if they add a memorial, then, they own it. That's not the case. The rules of Find A Grave are if a direct family line, they should transfer if requested. Wish I could help you out. I have added your grandmother and you can link your mom to her. Best regards.
