THanks very much for the picture you posted today of this grave. Do you have another one because this one is so blurry I can hardly read it. :(

|David Cochran||Roy Stolz|
There is a Leroy J. Stolz born 1888, died 1972. Is this your person? There is no last name on the stone but it is in a group of Stolz stones.

Hi Tammy, I was unable to locate a stone for the Reverand Rand. It is a very small cemetery and if he had a stone it is either gone or unreadable. Take care, Gail
|Tallories||John and Ann Want|
On a visit to Cave Hill Cemetery today, I tracked down Section N, Lot 112, where Capt. John Want and his wife Ann are buried. I was able to find Ann's headstone and also photographed the stone directly beside it. I can't confirm that the second monument belongs to Capt. John Want, unfortunately, because the stone is so worn from time. It does appear to include the phrase "Dec. 5," however, so I will upload them. Please let me know if you would like me to send the high-resolution versions of the photos to you via e-mail -- you might be able to read more than I can. I'm going to upload the images for you now. Thanks!

I wanted to let you know that I fulfilled your photo request today. However, what I found was that Joseph and Prudence Morse didn't have their own headstone (at least not one that I could find). I did found a row of Morse's and on the back of a Henry Morse was his genealogy that listed Joseph and Prudence on it. This was the best I could- hope it is what you were looking for!

You have your photos (Pearl Banks Darrington and Roberta Darrington Carlstrom) ma'am! I also discovered another Darrington, Anna. I entered a memorial for her & posted the photo. These are the only Darringtons & Carlstroms I could locate. It was a perfect day today & I just couldn't waste it indoors. Glad I could help. Enjoy!
|Phyllis Wallington||RE: Many Thanks|
You're quite welcome. I am fortunate to live in an area rich with history. If you ever need any additional photos in the McHenry, Boone or surrounding northern Illinois counties, please do not hesitate to contact me. I hope you're having a wonderful day!

Sorry, tired from roadtrip coming back from Rockford, visiting mom. Didn't think to check to see if other Carlstroms were on here, I see they are.I have many relatives in Greenwood and kept my eye open for any requests. Greenwood Cemetery records in the Rockford library shows "J.A. Carlstrom 5/26/1895 3 child". Assuming there is no headstone?
