Yes. it was just starting to rain.
Kind of a funny story is that I went over to Orland last fall to take this picture. I looked and looked and could not find it. The caretaker was there cleaning up, so I asked him if he knew where the stone might be. He said "sure do" so we walked right over to where he felt it was...and it was gone..GONE..just a hole in the grass. I saw him about a month later and he said it was back. So now its spring and I went back to Orland and its still there, so we now have a picture.

I did get the link, thank you! I took a quick glance and will dive in a little deeper here in a few days - it's been hectic this past week. There was a 2nd photo request that came through for Lucy. Did you know that you can save any of the photos from this website? If you click on the photo to get the large version, then right-click to save the image to your computer.

Hi Dennis,
Fairview Cemetery is very nearby so no prob on making a trip there for you. Isaac & Lucy's stone is really in bad shape unfortunately. We did scout out and took pics of all the Spencers we could find and have put those on the site. In the process, we actually had to add quite a few names - if you want ownership of any of those entries, let us know and we'd be happy to turn those over to you. If you have other names you would like us to track down, feel free to toss them our way and we'll see if we can locate.
