Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am interested in all sorts of history, especially local. I enjoy working on my geneology, and found that I am a descendent of King Charles (Charlemagne) and both the House of Plantagenet and the House of Tudor (British royalty), 1st cousin of Benjamin Franklin, and my 6th great-grandfather was Aaron Crockett (Davy Crockett's brother). I like the old forgotten, overgrown family cemeteries that other folks don't want to find. I also enjoy cleaning up cemeteries and repairing tombstones. Somewhere in between, I enjoy driving my Model T Fords!

Stephen Cotham
Hello,
I saw that you are Stephen Cotham's 4th Great Grandson. He was my 4th Great Grand Uncle.

Have you researched the Cotham line? It is quite interesting!

Best regards,
Lydia

the david lee (lea) family
Hello im david seay/ martha c.roach-noah(daughter) of opal collins-roach family from john horace collins side of the family to or from the david lee family tree, thats my branch..lol im on www.acestry.com and here www.findagrave.com i asked others where is the child of david lee and judy lee/ matilda lee born 1821- or about there. i need to know more about her and what was her past like ? did the lee family have her natural?? or adopted her?? plz im the 5th gen. with my mother being the 4th sherry a davis of dallas,tx / it was said that matilda lee was native american indian cherokee??
was this true?? if so i need help great cousin!!
i really need lots of help. all i need is the proof lineage to one person as the cherokee law says only just one ,but still i need to proof it on paper! i still like the old ways nail mail and other old ways , but still having the some of the newer ways of living, i kinda shun away from t.v. and some phone useage. but when i need help ill do it . time is very valuable now for me. go get all DNA testings from www.ancestry.com to make a lineages for other family to trace back in time . this will help all families of the david lee family or others whom want to proof their native american blood lines, as much as i really do.
peace to you my dear cousin may god bless you all. email me at stroke_dagirl79@yahoo.com or call 253-432-4279 in washington state.

Brush Island Cemetery
Hey Ray,
Didn't Brush Island Cemetery used to be called Brush Arbor? Do you know why the name was changed? Thanks!

Re: Lassiter Cemeteries
Ray,

I have switched the people in Lassiter #2 and #5. So you should be able to post your pictures now. I am anxious to see them as I have requests for both of those cemeteries. Hopefully, we'll get the kinks worked out of these two cemeteries soon. :o)

Thanks,
Nia

Re: Lassiter Cemeteries
Ray,

I read your posts about the "Lassiter" Cemeteries. I cannot change the maps or rename any of the cemeteries as they are named by Find A Grave.
