Thank you for pointing this out to me. I took over this memorial as part of the whole cemetery. It was based on the Utah State Historical Society, from the death certificate. This memorial stands. The contributor should have contacted me before making theirs 12 years later.
|Phyllis Meyer||Dorothy & Edwin Bauer|
The names Edwin & Dorothy are on the same marker take a look at the close up of the headstone
|Diana Barney||Hoffman, Ellsworth Vermont "Pat"|
Thanks for the input on Ellsworth Vermont “Pat” Hoffman.
I did a little research (in ancestry.com & familysearch.org) & made some corrections on his memorial.
Thanks so much for bringing it to my attention. Most of the information I gleaned earlier was from old cemetery records, and so many of them were erroneous. Thank you for helping me straighten things out.

|frwill48||Forest Hill Cemetery - Utica - FAG request|
Fannie Shaw -
You have a request in F A G for a photo of a grave. The memorial site does not include the Plot and/or Lot numbers which would help easily find the graves you want photographed.
Please note: #3505 you have listed refers to a Lot number within a Plot. If you can give me the Plot number it will help find their graves.
If you will call or email the Forest Hill Cemetery and ask for Plot and Lot information, I would be glad to go there and take the photographs for you.
The office number is 315-735-2701 and their email is email@example.com
Once you have the information, please add it to the person’s F A G memorial site and mark it with a “Photo Request” or email me the burial information at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: If the gravestone is covered in lichen or moss I will attempt to clean them with water and soft soap solution, except for older slate and limestone gravestones. I do not use shaving cream, chalk or abrasives.

|Kristine Pecheone||Photo request|
You have a photo request for Fannie Shaw at Forest Hill Cemetery, Utica, NY in Plot 3505. I would be happy to try to find this for you except that the Plot number is incorrect. The plot numbers run from 1 to 76 as indicated on the FH map. Perhaps that is the lot number. If you can contact FH to determine the correct Plot number, I will attempt to get a picture for you.

|Jeff Davis||Anna Maria Grill Ratz|

|Christina||Cyrus Chase Alton 38864727|
Unfortunately, there is no visible marker for either Cyrus nor Alta. The graves are alongside the fence and the area is overgrown. The sexton and I checked several markers along that side but none where for the Alton's. Both birth date and death date are correct on the memorial. According to the record Alta died due to suicide. her birth year is different than that shown on the memorial. The record show it to be 1898.
