My love for genealogy started when I was a music major at BYU. One evening a few roommates and I drove up to Salt Lake City with the intention of "doing our genealogy". I didn't find much until the last fifteen minutes before they closed I found a book on Lyman Genealogy(by Lyman S. Coleman) that showed my maternal 2nd great grandfather. He was part of the 9th generation of the book and I was hooked. A kind genealogy helper showed me how to get the microfilm in Provo and my journey began.
I have mainly been researching the Davison line since unlike the Lyman's I can find very little information printed on them. Other family names include: Perrin, Patton, Voss, Dowling, Adlington, Watkins, Woolever and Diller.

RE: Millie Nellie Davison
You should be able to determine the location of the burial. Millie is in the records. Apparently the family did not mark the grave or any marker that may have been there has either disintegrated or been removed.

RE: William Davison
The records of the Cemetery indicate that she is buried there, but the grave does not have a marker.

RE: Nellie Davison
I posted the pictures of the markers. If you don't think that's her, I'll remove them. The other in ground marker that is next to hers says "INFANT SON" on it.

RE: Nellie Davison
I found a marker for Nellie M. Clark, but the birth date doesn't match. The date on the marker is May 27, 1878. The death year matches, and is on the marker as Sept. 25, 1903. Do you think this could be her?

RE: Ada Haring and Mary Davison
Yes it is John Haring.. if you click on the family photo you will see I wrote below it how they are laying.. I do indeed have a photo for John and will upload it. Also Mary's stone is hard to read by the photo but if you click on the photo you will see I added below it what is engraved on the stone. I did look for Mary's husband all around her stone but I did not find it.. he may not have a stone? With the added information you just gave me I would go back and take another look around or even ask the curator for help. He was extremely helpful but he had a dinner engagement.. Unfortunately we were only camping in that area this past weekend and I live about three hours away! :-( If you leave the request up and post a note with it for someone to ask the curator for assistance I have no doubt he would go out with whoever looks and try to help find it. He would have done that for me today if we had still been in the area.

Mt. Hawley Cemetery
Sandy,

Hello from Peoria! I added James & Harriett's photo for their marker but I found more family and am wondering if you are interested.

Harriett's father James Franklin Dowling marker was there with a Samuel & Lottie Patton also.

Also, daughter of James & Harriett Patton was there. Zoa Matilda Patton Williams and her spouse William L. Williams.

Let me know if you are interested in these photos sent either to your email or if you set up memorial pages.

Happy Spring, and hope all is well with you!
Cindy

Did you get the obituary I sent you for Mary as well? I sent it using the "suggest a correction" link on the memorial. It has quite a few details of her life.
