| Bio and Links | | I am here because of Russ. Blame him, it's all his fault. Just kiddin'. I am so grateful. I stumbled upon this site looking for info about my great great grandfather OSBORN WARREN DEIGNAN who fought and served for this country and the very freedoms we enjoy today. He took the time to honor my ancestor.It can't get any more personal than that. It truly can not.. I would not have his burial information if it weren't for Russ. I am planning on visiting his grave site in the next few weeks or so. Funny thing is this. I have never visited anyone that I have known at a cemetery. My family has been cremated and have never lost anyone else. So, I have been to a cemetery only 3 times in my whole life. I am a photographer and I did some photo shoots there - not out of anything other than the typical goulish fare one hopes to feel when you arrive at said cemetery. I didn't get that feeling. But now, knowing that without this person, who is underground , great grandfather - I know my family on his side would thank you too. But instead, I am doing it on behalf of everyone in the Deignan lineage. | |
