Joel H. Rowland
I have been indexing Calhoun cemeteries since 1977 and know for a fact that the Joel H. Rowland you have listed in Dickerson Cemetery is not African American BUT is white. He is listed in Dickinson Cemetery - white. Please remove him from the African American cemetery

EDIT
Hello! I just wanted to submit information on David Jackson Earnest #85802358 (Earnest Cemetery, Tinsman Arkansas). His parents were:
James Henry Earnest (b 1850 d. 1911) (haven't found him on here as of yet) and Nancy Adeline Reddin Earnest (b 1856 d 1918)#85803960. He was my great grandfather.

Also, Malsa D Cranford Sims Earnest #85803709 is the mother of Martha "Mattie" Jane Sims Earnest Hopper #87778931. Mattie was David Jackson's wife and my great grandmother.

Thank you for your time and the wonderful job you do on here.

My 2 cents: If someone doesn't want their photos used for geneology, then they should not put them on a FREE public site. They should put them on a paid to view site (like ancestry.com) and make their information private. You cannot steal what is free.
Again...thank you so much for all you do.
Blessings to you,
Mrs Brenda Robinson

Do you know why some memorials at Earnest Cemetery were deleted?

I have made the additional information to this memorial. If this is a record you are related to, I would be glad to transfer it to you.

Added bit of info, I live on Hereford Street in Glen Rose, it is still referred to by the locals as
"Cyclone Street". The house that stood on my property did not survive the cyclone and the baby that lived in that house was found alive in a large liveoak that is still here.

It was a horrible event and my grandparents remembered it very clearly.

Let me know if you would like to manage this record.
