|Shawn Riley||RE: Haynes Cemetery|
Hi Barbara. I sent in a cemetery correction yesterday to get a few thing corrected. Looks like the changes have already been applied. Haynes cemetery is definitely in Haywood County, North Carolina. There was a duplicate cemetery called Haynes Chapel Church Cemetery in Madison County, but that's been merged with the one in Haywood County.
There were no signs, that I noticed, for the cemetery. At one time it use to have a wooden sign with the name "Haynes Top" engraved on it. In Ethel Kirkpatrick's book, Spring Creek Cemetery Survey 1992, she shows a picture of the cemetery with the sign. She's on Find-A-Grave, I believe, as member #47410505. Maybe she can share the photo with you.
I did take pictures of most of the headstones and I've already uploaded a few. Is there a particular person or surname that you're interesting in?

Hi Barbara, just wanted to let you know that I did add 1911 as the year Joseph married Nancy. When the edit for his other wife is approved, they should be in order. Thank you for your help. If you are interested, I would be glad to transfer Nancy's memorial to you. Just let me know. Happy New Year.
