RE: Vance Cemetery Edits
Both are in my family line. Frazier's Kentucky death certificate (cert # 26060) lists both birth and death date/location; as well as his parents. Roy is listed in Vance family bible records. I believe Ron Vance who lives at the Vance family property also submitted these records which are published in the "Gone, Forgotten, Now Remembered: Scott County, Kentucky Cemeteries" publication. Thanks in advance, Laura

Please delete your duplicate memorial (#146976519) created today May 25, 2015. Our ancestor’s memorial #129405363 was created 8 May 2014. You are welcome to submit an edit to add Capt. as a prefix for his name and/or to attach your great photos to the original memorial.
Find A Grave cites the following - “Instead of creating a duplicate memorial use the tools provided to submit corrections, additions…Never deliberately create a duplicate memorial”
Thank you.

RE: Corrected GPS Coords for Munson

Sorry my computer has been in the shop for several weeks. Jut it back and saw your notes on Hinton Cemetery. Which one are you wanting me to change name of. None of the links you pasted in works.

RE: H. Offutt 1802 Birth Date
Hi Mike,
I took the date from the 1850 Federal Census for Kentucky - District #1 East Part, Scott County, KY line 29. Sorry the source isn't better but he is only a second cousin of mine.

RE: Key In Georgetown, KY
Hi Mike,

Yes I am the youngest child of Cliff and Drama Key, born in 1954. I had read the name Ransom somewhere along the way, but really didn't make the connection. I have been to the cemetery in Blount Co, TN with my father right before his health turned bad, it was in 1997. He also showed me where their family farm was, the only thing left at that time was a barn. But the school where his father was a teacher in Miser Station was still standing at that time. Unfortunately, I wasn't prepared for the trip and didn't really keep the notes I should have kept. I thought we would go back. I will keep you updated and if I run across any additional information I will let you know.

RE: Key In Georgetown, KY
Hello Mike,

It was nice of you to reach out to me. You are right, we don't live that far apart in mileage, but a lifetime apart as family. I have never known anything much about my Dad's family. The only people I ever met lived in Tennessee and not many of them. Of my family, I have one sister still living in Indiana, Joyce Key Adams (82) and 3 brothers Irvin (73) Cincinnati William Key (70) Columbus OH and James Key (68) Florence KY. Between aqll siblings, there are close to 40 children, over 60 granchildren and many great granchildren, a few great great grandchildren. We are trying to get a family reunion together this June at my nieces in Indiana. I will send you more info as the dates and location get confirmed. The last one we had was in Marysville, TN about 1997, before my dad got ill and passed in 2000. My mailing address is PO Box 18241 Erlanger, KY 41018

It would be very nice to meet you sometime.
