Hi Doug, are you related to Katherine? I'm not looking for a transfer, just looking for some history.
Thanks.

John Milton Burner
Hi Doug,

I believe that I have found the father of John Milton Burner #41697626. He is George Washington Burner #46363881 who is buried at the Dean Cemetery in Ross County, Ohio.

Could you link them up?

Thanks,

Mary Ellen Berger Thiompson
I removed the links from Mary Ellen to your William that I created. There is still one connection to William (a son, John) that I did not create that needs to be fixed. Thank you for the corrected information.

George Washing Moore
In doing our research, I find that you posted on Find A Grave a picture, etc. of George Washington Moore - born 1840 and died 1926 buried in Crown Hill Cem. Centerville.

His daughter (Gertrude Moore b.1887) married John McGuire in Centerville, Indiana. on Feb 15, 1907.

I am searching for the decedents of Gertrude's Daughter Mary Gertrude McGuire who married Charles Lindbergh Armour - they were married on Jan 8 1953 - in Wayne, Indiana. Both had speech and hearing problems. at time of marriage she was 38 and he was 27 from Jackson, Georgia.

I am trying to find out if they had any children...Mary had a child before they were married (the father unknown) and she was placed for adoption. This child - is my cousin and I am searching to see if she might have any living brothers or sisters or relatives.

But not sure if Charles and Mary had any children of their own. They moved to Ga. in 1953.

Any info for family tree, etc. you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks...Phyllis Lowe JeanL10563@aol.com

Doug-Thank you for the transfers. I think both are squared away now. With your permission, I will hang onto the memorials for a few days so that I can request their obits from Morrisson-Reeves and add them to the bio section. I will then transfer the memorials back into your care, as I am not related. Happy Easter! Laura.

RE: Cloa Brooks
Going back thru census of 1910 Indiana, Wayne Co., I have found Charles Dearth and his wife Mary A. It states that Mary A. has been married twice and she has her children living with her: Hugh(?), Clarence, Amy and Cloa Brooks.

On marriage records Otto Smith married Cloa F. Brooks, the daughter of Henry D. and Alice Beeson, on June 1, 1917 in Wayne Co., IN.
Looking further thru marriage records I found Cloa's sister Amy who married a Julian George and her mother is listed as Mary A. Beeson. Amy and Julian were married Nov. 29, 1917 in Wayne Co., IN.

So Cloa was the daughter of Henry D. and Mary Alice (Beeson) Brooks. Mary, Cloa's mother, then married for a second time to Charles Dearth.

Marriage records showed Charles W. Dearth, the son of James C. and Alice (Cuther) Dearth, marrying Mary A. Brooks, the daughter of Oliver C. and Malissie Jane Beeson, on Nov. 5, 1908 in Wayne Co., IN.

You could note on her memorial page who her father and mother were to help clear up any questions about Cloa's parents.

Sarah Garthwait 41699680
Hello Doug ~ Thanks so much for sponsoring my gggg-grandmother Sarah Garthwait (41699680). I was wondering if it would be possible to transfer her to me so that I can write a genealogy that connects Sarah and all the other Garthwaits in this cemetery. Her husband Luther Garthwait died in the Boston, Indiana cholera epidemic in 1849 and is buried in the Boston Cemetery. His sponsor has passed way so I was hoping you could connect Sarah with him. His number is 52273035. Thank you very much. Debi Fisher

I also let Lulabell know that 40975733 and 41699060 are the same person. Also, one of Margaret's daughters is 33850190.
