Great to hear. She was grandmother to my mother, Ruth Heubner Godwin. I recall visiting her as a child, she had lost her sight by then, and standing in front of her as she felt our faces, head, and shoulders to see how we had grown. I used that experience and memory to teach a law enforcement class for many years in communicating. Tell your husband I said hello.

Looking at my great grandmother's memorial and wondered if you are related. I have the same photo of her standing on the porch with son's service stars behind her hung in my office.
Jane, I have connected Charlotte to her parents. Thank you for the information. I was happy to do it so someone else that might be looking for this family will be able to connect to them. That is what it is all about, one person helping another. Thank you again. Joanne

Can you tell us where this cemetery is located please. My husband is the 3rd great grandson of Frederika Faul Schutz. We have asked where they are buried, but no one seems to know.

Yes Jane --- that confuses me. I thought she was buried at Robb Cemetery as that is where her husband Aaron ROBB (1809-1860) is buried. Of course she was then his widow for about 44 years and her parents are buried at Stillwell Cemetery so. I don't know --- I guess I'll have to see if the Stillwell one will photograph.

Happy to do it.
