RE: James M Jackson
Thank you! I'll get in touch with Deloss about the picture. I didn't know he had been wounded, so that gives me some more info.

Thanks again!

Yes, you are correct, and thank you for filling in the blanks. His missouri death certificate did not have much info.

Ruby Charlotte Foley Dull
Her memorial needs a grave stone photo. It's the same photo you added to her husbands memorial. They share the stone. Please add to her memorial page. Find A Grave Memorial# 49033120

Nash family
It appears that you are kin to Edward Thirkle Nash. I am trying to find out where his daughter Margaret Elizabeth Nash Nash who died in DC in 1976 is buried. She was married to and divorced from my cousin, Charles Carroll Nash of Westmoreland Co., VA by whom she had 2 children. Please contact me at dal.mallory@yahoo.com.
Thanks,
Dal Mallory

RE: MACE THANKS!
Thank you for the very kind words! I'm glad to be able to share resources I've found in my local area, and extremely happy to know when it is helpful to others! Keep me in mind if you would like me to look for anyone else - I do love a good search!

Death certificates
I don't understand why somebody would be offended by a death certificate. That is just like saying I am offended by genealogy. It is a piece of history, and it is usually the last thing that person leaves to mark his/her passage on this planet we call Earth. You don't see many cemetery monuments being declared a historical document. Post them an d let the Universe know this person was from somewhere on Earth, and is awaiting his turn to rise again.

RE: Parker*
My Great Grandfather was James W. Parker and his parents were:

Minos F. Parker (1830 - 1903)
Charlotte E. Brittingham Parker (1835 - 1913)

Not sure who the generation before that was.

Another thing to look up.

RE: Farlow!
Thank you for the edit. Do you suppose that #68007271 James Byard Walston could be his son? Lokk up his Find A Grave number and see what you think so we can link them up. Byard was my bus driver when I was a kid. No, I am not related to the Farlow from Wicomico and Worcester Counties. My husbands family is the the Eastern Shire of VA from a small town named Quinby, VA. My roots are from Jones, Parker, Perdue, and Wimbrow and probably a few more.
