Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am presently researching the Brown-Parrish families of Elmore, Autauga, and Chilton Counties and the Crew Family of Elmore, Autauga, Chilton and Coosa Counties. I am sharing what I have for others who may not be able to obtain this information so easily. I also share other graves found in hard to find places when possible for others who may be looking but can't find them. I really hope my contributions help someone.

Wilson & Martin Family
I am researching the Wilson and Martin families. My wife is a GG grand daughter of Sara [Sarah] Elizabeth Martin through her daughter Sara Lucinda Wilson who married Samuel Henry Smith. I would like to share and/or compare notes with you that we have accumulated over the years from our research efforts. I live in Jefferson County, Alabama and my wife and I attended a Wilson Family Reunion several years ago between Sylacauga and Rockford. Both our families have roots in and around Coosa County. If you are interested please contact me.

Wayside Cemetery
Alfred Smith died in 1974, in Anniston. His obit says he was buried as wayside cemetery. Is the only Wayside cemetery the one in Coosa Co? Is it attached to a certain church. Is this one that you could walk through and see if his grave is there. Thanks esther

Gloria Ann HORNSBY Jones
Nixburg United Meth Church Cemetery
I have passed this cemetery many times. The other day I stopped and took photos thinking maybe not on Find A Grave. The photos on this site are in great condition but the actual cemetery has declined greatly. I wonder if the church exist anymore or if anyone is seeing to the actual maintenance. Of course, I was glad to see a site already here honoring these who have gone before us..I realize this is not really a place to get these answers but wondered if anyone of you know. It makes me sad to see the gravesites as they are..thanks for any answers you may have
