| Bio and Links | I have read and taken all of the photos in Fordland Cemetery. Have not posted all of the photos yet. I have taken all of the good stones, will have to go back out and spend time trying to get the best photo of the old stones or that hard to read. I have taken all the names listed on Find A Grave, Webster County Cemetery book, and the map of the Fordland Cemetery and compared to make sure that they are all listed. Dec. 2012.
I am interested and love doing Family research, have been doing this for the last 20 years off and on. I love to have photos of family members and of their headstone, to document these family members as well as to always remember them.
I don't mind to transfer the one's that are not related to me. If they are related I am sorry I would like to keep them with the family unless you are closer related.
Love to talk about family history, and looking for them, have just started walking through some cemeteries around our area, have really enjoyed doing that.
surnames I am researching are for my side;
Daniels, Gleason, Cline, Hammons, Johnson, Harrison, Stamper, Deeds, Roots, Barrett, and many more
husband side;
Foster, Doak, Williams, Reed, Stark, and many more.
Just a note- when you request a photo, I myself feel that the photo belongs to the person who requested it, so you are free to use the photos anyway you see fit. Good luck with them. there are times I will email you the set as well, if you would like to have it.
I have started pulling obits for my family members, when I do, I will copy the full page, send those that are already posted the obit as well, if they do not have a memorial will make one for them, to honor and remember each and everyone.

Yes I'm related to Francis. He is a very distance relative.
Francis's grandmother, Catherine (Beathe) Kee, is a sister to my second-great grandfather, James Beathe. My grandmother's, on my mother's side, maiden name is Beathe.
James and Catherine Beathe's father is Joseph Beathe who came to American with his brother Robert sometime before 1750 from Ireland.

Where did you find your information for Alice's birth?
I found a West Virginia birth registration and there was different date listed for her birth.
Alice B. Simmons Thompson is in my husband's direct line and I am working on finding sources of information on her.

Hi....It is so wonderful that you provided a way for us to track down relatives that have passed on. Last month (May) we were able to visit the grave of my great-great grandmother: Emily Ritta Dixon Cornett Essary! This cemetery is in the middle of someones field...and would have never been known to us if not for you. My great-great uncle is buried next to Emily....his mother!It was so surreal to stand by these graves and meditate. What i didnt know...until later was that Squirs Cornett is also buried there! He was my great-great grandfather! Nearby (somewhere) is the Dixon Cemetery....where my great-great-great grandmother /father are buried....Ebenezzer and Elizabeth (Betty) Dixon.
