Just wanted to say that if I have uploaded a headstone photo of any of your relatives, you have my permission to copy it to any location you desire.

Thanks for the correction for her birth information, don't know what I was thinking of when I reviewed it because I have the correct info in my genealogy file. Do you have any information relating to her death location?

Hi, got your message. I see that we both have established memorials for Elisabetta!
I did see that Elisabetta's birth date updated to 15 June 1944, but not in the biography.
Thanks, Paula

Thank you for your kind email.
Any info that I had on Catherine came from someone else via the edits on the site. I will be happy to delete the "Walsh" if you feel it is incorrect.

Re: Anna Glasrud
Thank you for your questions. I made the memorial site after I photographed St. John Cemetery which is not far from my home. A nicely kept and out of the way isolated country cemetery. When I made the memorial I would have only listed the name as it appears on the headstone. I have made over 9,000 memorials and frequently later get requests to add or change something on the site. Most of the time I assume the person making the request has accurate records as to the person in the memorial. Dates change, added spouses, obituaries, name corrections etc. So all I can say is that sometime after I made the memorial, an edit was sent to me which I assumed was correct and made the changes. I see the conflict. Are you related to Anna and family and would you like me to transfer management to you? Otherwise it might be best if I recharge the memorial to strictly the name as listed on the headstone. Would you like me to change it. I have no idea where 'Maren" came from. Let me know. Regards, Brent

RE: Wm Bringgold. Minnesota
I got a message from the creator of the 2nd memorial in 2014, he has asked that Find A Grave merge the two memorials, he did not mention which one will survive. Thanks for finding the memorials.
After looking at my data, I can't imagine how your Bringgold and the MN Bringgolds would be related, they had 9 girls only 2 boys, 1 in CA.

Thanks for bringing the other memorial in the wrong cemetery and now moved into correct cemetery to my attention. I have brought the situation to the attention of Find A Grave so they can merge the two memorials, thereby preserving photos from both memorials.

BTW according to Find A Grave, memorial first in correct cemetery takes preference, however Find A Grave reserves right to make final decision re management of memorial.

From FAQ's:

"In regard to duplicates, a memorial with a correct known burial location will always be preferred over an unknown burial location. A member has thirty days to update the memorial to the correct burial location on recent deaths. If a case of duplicate memorials falls to the Administration, the Administration will have the final word on which memorial is deleted and which data will be retained in the remaining memorial page."

Find A Grave will probably complete the corrective merge within one to two weeks.
