I was just noticing a bit of info that might provide a couple clues to the "washed out grave" of Sarah Workman story.
1) 4-5 miles from Brigham City is the "Willard Precinct Cemetery" in Willard, Box Elder, Utah. If you look that cemetery up you will find the following:
"...There was a terrific flood in 1939 that washed part of the Pioneer Cemetery away. People retrieved the bodies and grave markers that they found down stream and replaced them. Only about 121 of the 169 buried there have been identified."
2) If you look at the 'plot map' photo that I posted on Sarah's Find-a-Grave memorial you will notice that it is very oddly identified as occupying 1/3 of that grave location. I say odd because even small children's graves in this cemetery are rarely 'mapped' this way, which may indicate less than a coffin or total remains.
Both of these suggestions are only guesses as to their usefulness, but thought that since the story of the grave washout was told by a family member they may be valid clues as to Sarah's grave history.

Elaine I'm sorry I can't provide more information. According to the Brigham City Cemetery her remains are buried in the grave location: c-5-10-1c
Here is the 'burial record' information from Brigham City Cemetery. It is my understanding that there would be no burial record if she was not interred here.
I have a 6" wire probe that I have used to 'feel' for a stone under the sod. I will take it to the Brigham City Cemetery in the next few days to see if I can 'feel' a marker underneath the sod in this location.
Here is the complete information found at the Brigham City Cemetery:
