RE: Elizabeth Richards
Sorry, I do not know. I will be going to this cemetery sometime in the next couple of months, and I will try to look for her grave.

RE: Alexander Barton
I went the Mt. Carmel Public Library and found the obituary on microfilm newspaper dated October 4, 1918. The staff is very helpful and friendly if you have any questions about getting the obit printed.

RE: Rose Hill Gravesites--Mt. Carmel, Ill
I did not find Mary Barton in the Wabash Co. cemetery listings or county death records. I was unable to verify that she is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, but there does appear to be an umarked grave between Alex and Minnie where Mary could rest. The obituary for Alex indicates that Mary was still living in 1918. Is it possible that she died and was buried in another county?

I will see what I can find for you. I am searching for a couple other stones at Rose Hill Cemetery anyway.

Bedford Duncan
Jim,
I transferred the memorial
for Bedford Duncan to you.
My Grandmother told me that
he was the brother of
Francis Duncan Freels Rames
but I have never been able to
prove that.
Would appreciate any information
you would share. I have a little
on Bedford and the Duncans and
will share any you want.
