I'm researching the EDWARDS family. Parents are Martin George Edwards and Frances Stockdale. They had approx. 8-10 children, one of which was my great great great grandfather, George Edwards. Someone posted on ancestry's site that he died Nov. 4, 1865, which would certainly fit, but do not know who or where the information came from. Would love to share any and all information, on all the family members. Children were (as far as I know now)
Jane, William, Sarah, Mary Ann, Robert, Henry, Frances, Nancy and George. All children born in Virginia. I also research my other family sides, Golden, Henry, Kennedy, Hilton, and Collins. Thanks, Conita@cox.net

RE: ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest
Thank you for your assistance in this project. Because many who served in the military have no indication of their service on their graves, we depend on word of mouth to identify those. Please feel free to share the information about our project to put flags on all those that served in the military and are buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest in Omaha. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge 326

ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

Jim Lovenzi
I was going through my email and realized I had never sent a thank you note for your photo of the Jim Lovenzi head stone. He was my brother in law's first cousin one removed, and died in a car accident at age 14. It is a very unusual headstone. Thanks for your efforts.
