Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am the daughter of Vernon Thomas "Tom" Baugher & Linda Ruth Raley, both originally from Eldorado, Saline, Illinois. My parents eventually landed in San Antonio, Texas and that is where I was raised.

Got an account with Ancestry about 5 years ago and began my geney quest to find more info on my maternal Great-Great-Grandmother, Amanda Willoughby Evans. Have taken this line to a brick-wall at Isaac Willoughby, born abt 1750 NC and died abt 1851 Jackson County, TN. Courthouse fires destroyed precious records and we can go no further at this time. I have an extensive public tree called Willoughby Family Tree at Ancestry and will gladly send an invitation to anyone interested...simply send me your email address.

I have recently started the Baugher-Raley tree and will now be working on those lines. Surnames for my Baugher side include: Thomas, Mayhew, Rutledge, & Dunn, to mention a few. My Raley side includes the surnames: Wright, Evans, Willoughby, & Morehead among others.

Decater Willoughby
I am wondering if there is a monument at Shultz town Cemetery marking the grave of Decater (Cater) Willoughby.

Thanks for all your hard work.

RE: Thomas Bertran
I made a trip down to Granville, Tennessee last year and Thomas Bertran "Tran" is buried at the Granville Cemetary. I uploaded a picture of his headstone that I took when I was there. I am uncertain where Leroy Willoughby is buried, but most clues point to the Byrne cemetery.
Unfortunately it appears if Leroy is buried there his headstone
is presently destroyed / eroded away by time and the elements. I could not uncover it in my search at the Byrne cemetery.

Doc A Willoughby
Do you know if there's a wife buried beside him in the Willoughby Cemetery at Settle?
Thank you very much for any help with this.

RE: Samuel & Rebecca Bratcher
I have been having trouble with Rebecca's maiden name too. I have seen it as Oller, Storm, Strum, and Sturm. I have just left it blank until I can find some solid proof. Please let me know if you find anything, and I will do the same for you. I would like to see your documentation on your tree, would you please send me an invitation. If I have any documents that you may need, I will send them to you. Thanks, Wanda

RE: James Jefferson Bratcher
I don't have much on Thomas Bratcher's side of the family yet. I have that he married Annie Baker on January 28, 1862 in Grayson County, KY. I will be looking now and will let you know if I find anything.
