Go ahead and add the obit. I'll be anxious to read it.

Thanks, Harriet. I've updated a bunch of memorials with all the information you provided. I even included the reference to "Pop Gus" and "Gussie". I think little stories like this really add to the memorials

I sent you a request to link Elda Quinn to her parents, Gustave and Augusta. You should be able to do this quickly by clicking the EDITS tab on the upper right of your home page.

If you think of anything more to add, just let me know.

I added several BORSACK memorials today at Princeton City Cemetery. Please look them over to see if I got the relationships correct. It looks to me like Frank Borsack was married twice. I don't have solid proof so I'm relying on you for verification.

Hope you had a Happy Mother's Day!

Grossmutter is grandmother in German. I probably should have mentioned that the first time.

No, you didn't mention ZIERKE. You're right -- there's a ton of them.

Maybe you and your husband can figure out who Grossmutter Zierke # 128337008 is. There is no first name on the stone -- just GROSSMUTTER. I did a quick search, but I didn't find anything in the U.S. Census records.

You are very welcome! It's messages like yours that keep me going.

I've photographed about 80% of Princeton City Cemetery now, but I still have hundreds more photos to process. When I started there were less than 200 memorials on Find A Grave. Now there are over 1,000. I think there will be around 2,000 once I'm finished which I'm hoping will be in about a month or so. Unfortunately, there are a lot of unmarked and illegible stones, but that is normal for older cemeteries.

I don't think I've run across the name PILLAT yet, but I'll keep a look out for them. There are two GORSKEs (Violetta and Wilmer) in Saint John Cemetery, a.k.a. Memory Hill in Princeton. I completed photographing that cemetery last year. I also recently finished Saint John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery.

I took photos today for four BORSACKs: Anna, Frank, Gustave, and Augusta. I'll try to skip ahead and add those tomorrow for you if I can. Please feel free to request a transfer for any of your husband's relatives that you would like to maintain.

Take care!

Hello Harriett,

I've been working on photographing all of Princeton City Cemetery in Princeton, WI. I have uploaded all of the members of the CLEWIEN family that you added a few years ago.

I still have more photos to add and more memorials to create. I should be finished in about a month so you might want to check back then to see if I found any more of your relatives.

Hi Harriet,

I would love that! Marietta was his grand daughter, my grandpa's neice. She died of an appendacitis. Thanks!

Thank you for posting the picture of my friend Ruthie Baker's Headstone. I havent been able to get into my account for a long time and was just going through and looking at my memorials.

I really appreciate you taking the time to do that.
