Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been interested in genealogy for many years but became quite involved for about the past 10. I enjoy visiting with relatives and collecting as much family history as I can accumulate which includes all possible documentation. My camera is often with me where ever I go.
Most of the graves I have documented are connected to family either closely, a very distant relative or through a marriage, and some are friends. Others are those that hopefully would be of interest to someone.
Most of the information I have, I copied from obituary notices. If I have made any mistakes I am open to corrections.

RE: Joseph Lester Wagar
Yes, I would still like one, if possible. I don't know whether his 3rd son would have gotten one for him or not...But a shot of where his plot is would be terrific.

Greetings Ann:

I wondered if in the spring/summer you could drop by Alto Reste Cemetery and see where the above individual is buried, and take a pic of the grave for me. He was my uncle's brother.

Description of Wainwright Cemetery
Hello, I was wondering if you would be willing to add this description that I found for the Wainwright Cemetery, for Wainwright Alberta. I just thought it would be a neat bit of history to add to it. (This is courtesy of a search I did on the Internet)

Though many residents and crews working on the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway were buried on this plot by 1911 it was not until 1925 that the town received title to the land because it belonged to the crown. As a centennial project in 1966 a wroght iron sign was erected at the cemetery's entrance.

RE: duplicate entry of Cyrus Ethan Andrus in Union Cem Calgary
Hi Ann,

You could contact the other member who has the earlier memorial and see if they are willing to transfer. I am not the original contributor of the memorial I just noticed it when I was doing some other work in the cemetery.
