I will pass along your thanks. From what he said, it's very possible more stones are there, just probably down and out-of-sight. With the thick brambles, plus the frozen ground, they couldn't poke around everywhere. It may be hard to find someone willing to take the time to clear the cemetery off if the landowner doesn't do it. I have cleared several myself, and it's not easy, especially not living close by. If you want to pursue it further, I would suggest contacting the historical society in Fayette.

A Findagrave friend and his wife located the Bradley Cem yesterday. They said the cem is full of brambles whieh made it hard to find much. Unfortunately, they did not find your Smith stone. He has posted photos of the stones found as well as one on the cemetery page.

Unfortunately, I hurt my knee last fall and am still having trouble with it. The only information I could find on that cemetery is from the book Howard County Cemetery Records by Boggs & Coutts. That is where I found the listing of the memorials I added in that cemetery. The book just says the fence is down with stones down and broken. It sounds like it will require quite a bit of work to locate, uncover, and piece broken stones together. I live a couple hours away and don't know anyone in that area. Maybe you could try contacting the historical society in Fayette. I have written to a friend who might be able to do it, but haven't heard back from him. If he says he could, I'll put him in touch with you. I'm very sorry I can't help.

Of course, you may use the photo as you wish.
Josephine, M.H, & Creola Mary Francis are buried in Blk 6 Lot 54. Going in the main gate from the north, go to the third road, turn left, should be a marker for Rowlands on the corner to your right there. Go east. Lot 54 is the 4th lot west of the next road. There should be a "Kirby" marker by the road. That is the first grave in Lot 54. The Francis' graves are graves 10, 11, & 12 in that lot.
According to the records I have and the marker at the grave, Josephine "Frances" you are wanting is actually Josephine Francis (with an I instead of an E) #22414596. Her site was posted on Find A Grave by Kendall Thomas in 2007. However getting Mr. Thomas to change or transfer any of his postings is almost impossible.
