My wifes 2nd cousins mother is also Joseph "John" Bigelows 5th cousin thrice removed.

James Abram Garfield (20th U.S. President) is Joseph "John" Bigelows 4th cousin one removed
George Robert Newhart (Bob Newhart - Actor) is Joseph "John" Bigelows 4th cousin 5 times removed
Dwight David Eisenhower (husband of Julie nixon - and grandson of a president and married to a presidents daughter) is Joseph "John" Bigelows 4th cousin 5 times removed
George E Batchelor - Aviation pioneer and founder of Arrow Air is Joseph "John" Bigelows 5th cousin twice removed.
