Earl Calkins
I can clearly see:

Son of
Dr Geo H & C L

Feb _ _ 1864

That would be Dr George H Calkins and his wife Caroline L Calkins.

It was "Dr" that threw me off for a minute - never seen them add that to a parent's name before, on a child's stone.

His age may be 3 years? If so, it would explain why he doesn't appear on a census.

From "Commemorative Biographical Record of Wisconsin Counties of Waupaca...":

The Doctor [Geo Calkins] has had a family of ten children: Henrietta, Ella L, Carrie E, Marion W, Earl G, Maggie M, Jennie May, Minnie A, Blanche E, and Junie A; seven of whom survive.

It's been warmer and the snow has melted, so I took a trip out to the cemetery to re-examine the headstone... it is badly worn and even chipped away at the very bottom of the stone. My best guess at what it says for his age at death is 1 year 6 months and ??? days (that is where it's chipped) I hope that helps your research!! :)

RE: Adelbert Fellows
I have put up all the members of the Fellows family in Fabius cemetery whose pictures are still residing in my camera. If you have any information about family relationships to be added to the memorials, please let me know. :)

RE: Adelbert Fellows
Hello. The top person is Gracie E Fellows, d 9/29/1884 AE 5 weeks. The other child is Georgie H, d. 03/17/1886 AE 9 years. There are other Fellows family members memorialized on that obelisk, including 3 males and 2 females--if you would like, I can give you that information, or you can take the time to research them yourself and make the memorials (which I think is the fun part!)

Permission to use photos
I'm using and Family Tree Maker to work on my genealogy and would like your permission to use your photos found on

As an example, the photo from this memorial is one I'd like to use - I expect there will be more coming later:

I will give you (via your user name and number) and FindAGrave credit when used.

You're welcome! The township office has her listed as Dora A., but their records are known not to be accurate.

McElwain Cemetery

I recently added photos to the memorials you created in McElwain Cemetery, Cliff Hill, Todd County, Kentucky. I took the photos back in the summer at the small, but well maintained, cemetery.
