Cornelius DeVoe
I noticed your inquiry on messages sent to Patticlogger. Have you tried searching It is a database of NY State newspapers and I notice there are several references to Cornelius DeVoe in Saratoga/Albany area. It is a real effort to slog thru at times, but I have found a lot on this site.

RE: Devoe Family
Robin, I cannot remember if I got back to you. I went to Cayuga Co, NY and found NOTHING to substantiate a birth or marriage. I went thru EVERY record, EVERY grave, etc,. NADA!!! Now what????? Thanks, Patti Low

RE: Rahn tombstones
No, I am not related to the Rahn family. I am just entering headstone information for Bluff City Cemetery (and a few others nearby). I hope the information I have entered helps in some way. BTW, I believe that Bluff city is only about 1/3 complete, so there's a good chance other Rahn's will be entered over time.

RE: Elizabeth Smead stone
Nobody special. I was just taking a lot of photos at Stillwater Union to document the cemetery.
