We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge #326.
If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.
Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.
If you have already received this message, please accept our apologies for the duplicate message.
Sorry, don't know whom the relatives are. Happy Hunting.

The primary purpose of Find A Grave is a grave registration site; it is therefore inappropriate to post records of family commemorations in churchyards or cemeteries where war casualties are not interred. It gives a false picture and they are effectively interment dupes. For your interest, there are many more of these family commemorations in England than there are actual wargraves and it would be chaotic if all these were added to Find A Grave! I know of one cemetery in Scotland where the casualty is commemorated on three separate family graves.
The correct approach here is to post your photo on the proper memorial page and you may even consider having that memorial transferred to your management.
I was interested in all the Bancroft family
are you by any chance connected to them?
would love to hear from you
Please e-mail me

Not as it applies to FindAGrave. Do you have lists and/or photographs? They would be a great addition to the site.
