Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hello, My name is Jacqueline M (Nicholson) Conley, otherwise known as "Jackie". I started working with find-a-grave after I was working on my own family history. I have enjoyed working on my family tree so much, that it has extended to helping others with theirs. I am a mother of five, and a grandmother of two. My husband is a commercial truck-driver. I work on my ancestry and find-a-grave when he is on the road. Otherwise, I love to paint, garden, decorate and play with my dogs. I was born in Pennsylvania, but I moved to Maine when I married a Yankee! I love to help others, so if you need me to help find a grave, up here in Maine-just send me an e-mail. Your friend, Jackie

Romaine Leonard
Hi Jackie:
Don't have a clue about Romaine. I'm just trying to document a cemetery by taking pictures of the tombstones. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I have a question about Spring Creek Cemetery in general. I am also a direct descendant of the Hubers and in this cemetery, there is a tombstone with Benjamin Hoover (Huber) on it amongst many other names. There are some Crummels on this stone as well. In my family searching I cannot find any links to the Crummel/Huber/Hoovers.

Any ideas??
Thanks,
Deb

Regarding Anna Maria Catharina (you have maiden name Herber)
Hi --Are you related to Anna Maria Catharina ?
Because she is my 6x great grandmother and we have her maiden name as ANSPACH.Anna Maria Catharia Anspach married John Jacob Peter Batdorf. He died in London in 1709 before the ships sailed. Anna Maria Catharina Anspach Batdorf took her 5 children on the ships to America. Three of the children died at sea. Only 2 children and the mother Anna Maria Catharina survived the trip.
Three of her brothers George, Baltzer and Leonhard Anspach were also on the trip and went to Livingston Manor as well as Anna Maria Catharina Amspach.
She married 2nd johannes Zeller while in NY.

Would like to know if you have source, documents that would show Anna Maria Catharina to be maiden name Herber.
Because Anna Maria Catharina 's granddaughter named one of her children Baltzer. And he is my 4x great grandfather.

Also --you have her buried in Millbach, the Zeller family has her buried Christ lutheran cemetery, and the Batdorf family has her buried in Rieth's cemetery. Do you have a cemetery record or something that can help me? Does anyone know where she is really buried?? I would like to figure where she is really buried as she is now listed in 3 different cemeteries
thank you

RE: Gertrude Nicholson
The information for the name of her parents was in the cemetery book that I transcribed. However, I looked up her obit and it does list James as her father. I am not sure how the name William came to be listed in the cemetery reading book. I added her obit info onto her memorial. Thanks for the heads up, ctwardo

Edison Enders photo
We took a photo of Edison's marker. There is a wife's name on the marker. Her name is Florence, however there is only a date of birth, no date of death. Don't know if she is still living or if someone forgot to have it put on. I will check on that for you and get back to you with the info.
