This website has been a great help to me, finding my ancestors in Ohio, North and South Dakota, and New York. I have added a few memorials along the way myself. If you find one of your ancestors among them, please request a transfer!|

Yes I'd love to read it.
|Lee Simpson||81st OVI|
You can add my great grandfather, Jesse Harper: 117872686
|David H. Sweeney||Kerr|
if you remember let me know, I will fix it.
|David H. Sweeney||RE: Kerr|
No problem, if these are family I will be more than happy to transfer them. My wife has had some health issues this last year so I'm trying to get out of the Find A Grave business as I don't have the time or energy to pursue these matters.

I don't understand, Alexander is all ready linked to Sarah
|Linda Jean Limes Ellis||RE: Peter Johnson Barkley|
Thank you so very much for locating the grave marker for Peter Johnson Barkley at the Sheep Pen Cemetery! What a fantastic discovery! How wonderful that his stone is now found and put back up properly!
|Hubert Knauff, Jr.||RE: Robert Dickey -- cousins of sort|
Depending on which child eventually brought you into the world, it is very possible it is more than 4th or 5th cousins (once removed or not, depending on how one calibrates it). My maternal grandparents were distant cousins, as one's 2X-great-grandfather (or 3X great-grandmother) remarried after the spouse died. It was either Robert or his spouse that survived & remarried. Several generations (3 to my grandfather, 2 to my grandmother) later, met & married, and had 10 children. To their 8th child my mother was born and I was her 4th. My uncle warned me about the confusion I would run into when he learned I was working on the family tree. And he was right, even when computers came out, keeping folks from getting mixed up or making such comparisons in the can generate a headache for sure. To add to the problem, many up my maternal line have common surnames like ROSS, DICKEY, HICKMAN, SNIDER, among others... Geez..

Memorial# 40310329 Robert Dickey is my maternal 4x-Great-grandfather.
|Linda Jean Limes Ellis||RE: Nancy A. Mitchell Smith marker|
Hi Scott, many thanks for taking the photo of the marker for Nancy Smith and for posting it on her Find A Grave memorial.
Haven't received anything as of yet.
