Thanks so much for your reply. I didn't get a message on Ancestry....

I see a marriage for Reuben to Fanny Sailor that would fit the timeframe....could that be it, or are you sure his wife was Sarah?

Richard is my fifth great grandfather.

I am doing research on Richard Lines and trying to find his parents. Do you know who they were? Thanks.

RE: Johannes and Susannah Hauer Kinsch
Hi Julie,

It's nice to finally meet a cousin. If I'm correct, we are 5th cousins. You've done a pretty good job of putting together their memorial pages. I only have a few tidbits of information that is different than your own.

The only reason I asked for you to transfer them to me is because I am finding that a lot of people that have memorial pages on my ancestors are not even related to them. You are the first blood relative I have come across on Find A Grave.

I love Find A Grave because I am able to get tombstone photos that I would otherwise not be able to get. I used to go grave hopping all over Perry County, especially Liverpool Union Cemetery where seven generations of my family are buried. But I have cerebral palsy and since I have gotten older I now use a wheeled walker. It's not the best thing to take traipsing through grave yards.

I would love to be able to view your tree on Ancestry. I too have a tree on Ancestry. I just don't know how to go about doing that.

Sincerely,
Mark S. Price

Johannes and Susannah Hauer Kinsch
Hi Julie,

Are you related to Johannes and Susannah Hauer Kinsch, Find A Grave Memorial #'s 95477490 and 95477423, respectively?

If not, would you be willing to transfer their memorials to me as they are my 4th great-grandparents.

My Find a Grave # is 48624649.

Thanks,
Mark S. Price

You are welcome. I will get your Ellen photo the next time I am in that area. I took one and it was unreadable. I may have to do something to make it stand out better.

I wonder if you message the contributors about the corrections they could make to their memorials so they could a more valid entry, of do you just put the information in the virtual flowers? Just thinking out loud really.

RE: Marie and Thorvald Hansen
You're welcome. I found a few more Hansens there who had not been recorded previously. If you would like to have any of them transferred, I'm happy to do that.

RE: Tindells
Hi, Julia. I went to the library today & found Emaline's death notice in the Dec 10, 1879, Ottumwa Courier. I have scanned it & sent a copy to the Ottumwa Cemetery so the records can be updated. May I add it to the memorial?
