|Kathy (Hoy) Eltiste||RE: Alma Anna Volker Ridgeway|
I am so sorry, I mispoke when I said I had Alma's obit. I was looking at her mother's obit by mistake. However, I will add both Alma & her husbands name to our list of obits to find, the next time we go to the NSHS in Lincoln, and would be happy to send you copies.
I hope this is Ok with you, again, I am sorry for the mistake.

Thank You for accepting my updates & edits for Alma.
|Kathy (Hoy) Eltiste||William Richlieu & Alma Anna (Volker) Ridgway|
Good Afternoon Brock,
Am so glad I found these 2 memorials listed on Ancestry, so I almost created duplicates for them both in the Kearney Cemetery. I see that on their tombstone, the name is spelled "Ridgeway", and that you had her name recorded as "Anna Alma" rather then "Alma Anna" As your last name is also Ridgway, I'm guessing that this is the correct spelling. My husbands family is connected to Alma Volker's family, and according to our records, Alma Anna is her name. I also have her obituary, if you would like to add it to her memorial.
Re: William Richlieu Ridgway #50237950
and Anna Alma (Volker) Ridgway #50253212
I have just sent you edits to add Alma's Parents, and to correct her name.
Thank You for creating these memorials and for listening.

|Phillip Maine||John Ridgway and Samuel Ridgway connection|
Please add John Ridgway 113769520 to Samuel I have asked for a picture of John's memorial plaque at Hopewell Baptist Church and a picture of the location of Fort Ridgway where he is actually buried.
The SAC (Suggest A Correction) you sent included "(nee Richards)" but ended with " Won't you please connect the 2 sons to their parents?" That question seems to negate your later comment that you were wanting me to add the maiden name.
Also, please read FAQ #103, "What kind of photos may be added to a memorial page?", in particular the next to last line under "General Guidelines".

Family links can only be made from the child's memorial to the parents (not from the parent to the child). Therefore, you will need to request the links be made on each child's memorial.

Harriet A Campbell Felton #40842861
I have corrected Harriet's name on her memorial according to Find-A-Grave's Naming Convention
You may see Find-A-Grave's Naming Conventions at: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=listFaqs#147
I do not have access to ancestry.com.
The only child of Harriet's I can find is William Bradbury. If you know of others please use the edit tab on Harriet's memorial and I will add them to the bio.
I cannot link her to her children.
If her children's or spouse's memorials are under your control please link them to hers.

|Phillip Maine||How are we related?|
I am Phillip Maine son of Harold (1926-1998 and Elener Fry Maine, son of Omar and Eva Mae Rood (1910-1979 Maine, daughter of Alfred and Edna Lowery (1884-1949) Rood, daughter of James and Clandera Lewis (Oct 7, 1855 - May 13, 1938) Lowery, daughter of Washington and Nancy Jane Ridgway (1822 - 1900, Missouri Valley, Iowa) Lewis. She is recorded as living with John and marrying Washington Lewis 1 April 1844 Sparland, Marshall County, Illinois. Nancy is the daughter of John (Blackhawk war soldier) and Mary Ann Ridgeway, son of Samuel Ridgeway born Oct 20 1757 died August 12, 1834 Pike County, Ohio. (Totally Verified with county and state information) How are we related?
You sent a Suggested Correction (also known as SAC) on Albert Ridgway, asking for parental links to be made on Anna Ridgway's memorial. In the future, would you please send the SAC *on* the memorial for which you want the links made? That eliminates any possibility of a typo in the memorial number (me, I frequently mistype double numbers such as 48662 as 48862).

I would be more then happy to try and find them and photograph them.
PLEASE! I would NOT ever want to be given anything for this type of work. Thank you for the thought though. I knew there would be expense when I became a member of Find A Grave and it has been such a wonderful experience whenever I can find and photograph anyones relatives and loved ones.
I do usually photograph all stones that are in the same lot because quite often then are connected.
I will see what I can find. Someone mentioned a marble stone so I have also been looking for that.
