|Born in Lynn, MA, just north of Boston, I currently reside on Upper Cape Cod.|
I began my own family research about 10 years ago and have been fortunate in being able to help others with their family history.
I finally became a contributor and fulfilled my first 7 requests today at the Massachusetts National Cemetery and what a great feeling it is! Especially since the requests are for brave men and women in all branches of the military and their families.
Today my requests ranged from someone who served in WWII and lived until the age of 90, to a 21 year old local man who served one month in Iraq.
If you've ever received help from another researcher, I encourage you to volunteer for Find A Grave. It's a very easy way to return the many favors I've received from strangers. Not only that but it was great exercise (National Cemeteries are pretty big!) and a lovely way to spend some time in such a peaceful and serene place.
I look forward to receiving more requests.

Thank you so much for adding the photo of Stanley's headstone. I am a new contributor also and truly appreciate your time!
I just noticed another- on Seth's you have a bunch of photos- see if you can match them up with their correct memorial. I will go search for Betsey.

Please switch the photos- the date on one is 1846 that is the daughter
and the date on the wife's should be 1840
why the daughter's stone says daughter of Ellis and Betsey I will try to find out.
