Twyla Olmstead Thank you for the birth location correction. I was not given the choice on FindaGrave to choose either Milton or Freewater. I used the current name to narrow down the area where she was born rather than 'somewhere in' the county of Umatilla.
Gilbert L LaRue I noticed that you left a note for Gilbert LaRue. I have an old photo of his father Ernest Preston and grandfather Daniel Lewis that I would like to get to a family member. Are you connected or know someone who is?
Gehres D. Weed Greetings. I have created a memorial for Gehres D. Weed, Find A Grave Memorial# 155206196. At one tie I worked in an Architectural firm in Edmonton AB, that Gehres was a part of. We were great friends. Our children called him Grandpa Gehres, Grandma Jennie. Would love it if you have some pictures to share. The family picture you have posted for Vernon would be a nice addition. Also do you have any other info to share. I think I have the his dates correct but maybe you can confirm. Thanks
RE: Joseph McDougal Memorial# 47311852 Glad I could help. If you need any more info on the Joseph Dixon McDougall family, I would be happy to share. I saw some of your photo additions on Gilbert Hyatt's page as I was looking for our 1st North American McDougall, Alexander b.1760 d.1813 of Quebec. Thanks again, Kathi McDougall
Ada (Dibb) Gorman Thank you for the additional information about Ada's family. It would appear that the memorial # provided for Ada's first husband, Benjamin Franklin Bump(18741909), may have not have been entered correctly. If you have an update to this, I'd be more than happy to link the two of them. -Kathy
RE: Philo Weed Thank you for the reply to my query. He must have been my great-grandfather's partner then, since James Dunlop Edwards was a tinsmith. I was trying to find out more about James; I know very little about him. James' son, Charles Pliny Edwards, was also a tinsmith in Oberlin. For a while, I thought maybe he was Mr. Weed's partner, but now am sure it was Charles' father. Thank you again. Pat
