Lorene Songer Aldrich marker photos
I've added marker photos for Lorene Aldrich here at Sunset Memorial Garden cemetery in Lawton, Okla. I've also suggested edit-links for 2 or 3 spouses. I've also noticed that she has two other Find A Grave memorials; but, I think you, being you're her sister, should have the memorial to manage. Thanks for your attention to this memorial. Maybe, after you complete the links to her parents and husbands, you can convince the other creators to delete their memorials for Lorene.

RE: deletion
If you created it you are the only one that can delete it. Look above the photo of the cemetary. You should be able to delete it there.

Wood in McKendree
You are welcome. I added another name too. It may or may not be related to your Wood ancestry. Last name was Hanby if memory serves me. Good luck with your quest! OH, I toured the Cobb cemetery and could not find any Wood headstones. A lot of Wagoner. Cherie

I wanted to let you know if you are "looking" for lost family in this area, there is another cemetery very near by. It is Cobbs Cemetery but there are only a couple people listed there. We drove by it the other night and it probably has about 200 people there. It was dark so we didn't get out. Just a lonesome cemetery in the middle of farm buildings close but a church down the road a piece.

Benjamin Wood
Sometimes I think this has become so hard when it should have been so easy, so that these children and extended family could be found. My husband easily found the Benjamin Wood stone with his wife. When I saw it I knew I had seen it the first time I was there. However, I had no picture of it!

When we went back the 2nd time, I took a picture of the stone twice. Evening the sun is in the wrong direction and so I took two pictures to make sure one would be good.

When I got home no photos of B Wood! I was shocked! But while we were looking we found other children of Benjamin's. Anyway I am going back tomorrow morning when the light is better and hopefully this time Benjamin will allow his stone' photo be taken!

Someone asked for another person too and we looked very thoroughly and could not find her. I am sure she is one of the stone that no longer have readable print on them.

I hope all goes well tomorrow! I am becoming very familiar with this cemetery!

mckendree / Wood
I have added more children for BF and AE Wood.
I can't believe my camera didn't capture the picture of BF and AE's stone.

MY husband and I went back to the cemetery and found Benjamin Wood also. I took the pic and came home and it was NOT in the camera. I think this cemetery has it in for me. I will get it. Cheryl I put the Tom Wood one on.

RE: Benjamin Wood
I must have removed the picture. I remove them after I add them so I don't get confused. I have noticed that many I put on the Find A Grave site are not there. I never had this issue before so I must be doing something wrong. I will try to get back out there soon. Cherie
